AHC replaced my 90 year-old dad's roof, and I knew that the project could be challenging (which turned out to be the case) as Dad had deferred the roof maintenance for nearly a decade. … More John was up front about potential costs for issues they might encounter and worked to keep the costs down as much as possible. He walked me through the process and took a ton of before, during and after photos to verify the scope of work. They were extremely professional and provided great customer service. Marcus, technician, came to do a roof tune up was very thorough and found we needed … More to replace our roof and windows because they were leaking.
Steve, project coordinator, was very thorough in his explanation about materials and the work that was going to be done. He wasnt pushy at al, took his time to answer all of my questions and was respectful of our home. I liked that he took his shoes off when going upstairs.
Ian, project manager, was responsive thru out the whole roof installation whether it be email or text.
Roger, window installer, clearly demonstrated how the new windows work.
The whole team was just amazing and the work is top notch! I recommend them 100%! - Melvin B. came out to do the “Gutter Cleaning + Tune Up” we had seen advertised. He arrived on time, was very courteous and did a great job! He also took pictures of areas that need our attention I admit I kind of expected a high pressure … More sales pitch for new gutters or some other work, but that didn’t happen. I was offered and accepted an appointment to receive a free quote for gutter replacement. That appointment is scheduled for January and I hope it is as pleasant an experience as today’s was.
